Hall
The Parish Hall forms an active part of the social life of St. Augustine's Church. It is used regularily for Church activities, parish events, by the Scouts and Brownies for their weekly groups; the primary aim being to serve the needs of the community that is centred around the Church.
When not used for Church activities the hall is available for general booking. Both the Slimmers Club and the Dance Class have a regular weekly slot. The Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust and Social Services occasionally use the hall as a business meeting venue. The Gloucestershire Old Persons Association meet monthly.

There is space in the schedule to accommodate additional usage of the hall. We would like to welcome neighbourhood groups that have a need of a meeting place, either for regular or for one-off events. Likewise, individuals, both parishioners and non-parishioners, who wish to hold get-togethers or birthday parties.
The hall itself is of quite a large size. There is a kitchen, complete with self catering facilities - cooker, microwave, tea urn, cutlery, plates; and there is also a smaller conference room. Tables and chairs can be unstacked and set out as needed. There is ample parking, and a public transport service from Gloucester city centre (Bus Nr 1, every 10 minutes during the day).
Enquiries about availability can be made by contacting the bookings secretary, Dariusz Stachowski

Parish Hall Committee Members
The Parish Hall Committee co-ordinates bookings and meets regularly to discuss the running and maintenance of the hall.
